Established in the year 1962, our department boasts a rich legacy of imparting quality education and conducting successful research in applied science. Recently renovated with modern amenities, we are equipped to provide a stimulating learning environment for our students.
Our department offers the Applied Physics course, which is a unique hybrid program that integrates theory and practical aspects. Unlike conventional programs, we believe in inclusive learning, where practical knowledge is seamlessly integrated into the curriculum, ensuring that students gain hands-on experience alongside theoretical concepts.
Comprising highly qualified and dedicated faculty members, our department is driven by a passion for education and research. We currently have six faculty members, out of which three of them hold doctorate degrees.
We are committed to nurturing the potential of our students and providing them with the highest quality of education. As a testament to our dedication, our students consistently achieve excellent results in both theory and practical examinations.
In addition to our fundamental course in Applied Physics for I/II - Semester, we offer Condensed Matter Physics as an open elective course for VI - Semester B.E. programs. This allows students to explore specialized topics and tailor their academic journey according to their interests.
We welcome you to explore the dynamic world of Applied Physics at PESCE and embark on a journey of discovery and innovation. Together, let's explore the limitless potential of physics and shape a brighter future.
